You can do it diet

 Summary:

This diet is easy and is something you can live with for the rest of your life. All it requires is that instead of eating 3 big meals during the day I eat 5-6 small meals staying within 1300 calories a day. Which is great because I love to eat so getting to eat 5-6 meals instead of just 3 and feeling full throughout the day is great. On a regular day I might have oatmeal for breakfast, then a mid-morning snack of grapes or apple sauce. Then for lunch I might have a turkey sandwich on whole wheat no mayo light cheese or a chicken salad. Then an afternoon snack of carrots and hummus or rice cakes, then for dinner Soup. And I usually allow my self a little cheat or to come Friday or Saturday but not both. So easy so much fun.

How To Follow You can do it diet:

Keep track of everything you eat by writing it down either on here or in a notebook. Pack your lunches and snacks, stay away from vending machines. Also if you don't buy the unhealthy stuff then you can't be tricked into eating it. Buy low calorie meals, lots of protein, lean meats, 100 calorie pack snacks are great for this. Try to work out for 30 mins a day for 3 days a week to start, I sometimes will even work out in between commercials on my lazy days. I'll do sit ups in front of the TV and see how many I can do before the show starts again. This is a easy diet and it's easy to keep up even after you loose all the weight.

About / History

I started this diet by doing a lot of research on dieting seeing what worked what didn't. I was desperate to loose all my baby weight gain and didn't want a fad diet that I would have to stick to in order to keep the weight off. I started out at 157 and in about 7-8 months I was down to 127. I worked I did 30 mins of cardio everyday in the beginning and 15 mins of weights.
