Very easily; eat how nature intended. Empty your shelves of un-foods (any packaged foods that have ingredient lists with items you can't pronounce, with sugar or with lists of over 10 ingredients). Make some items (eg. protein bars, granola bars, soups, etc.) Stock your shelves with canned vegetables and fruit, healthy breads and wraps, and healthy nuts and dried fruit. Fill the fridge with items you have cooked/baked from scratch and eggs, greek yogurt, milk, and fruit. Have a bowl of fresh fruit on the table so others are encouraged to grab this as a quick snack!
