1000 Calories is ideal for me (160cm tall, 23, female) so please adjust accordingly. Fat secret recommended me to be eating 1600 calories a day, so use your recommendation and knock 400-800 off it.

Its important to split your meals up. I eat 5 regular potions a day. 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm then 10pm. Split your main evening meal in two and eat the other half cold later.

Drink lots of ice cold water - it takes your body a lot of calories to heat it up to digest it.
3.
Slim fast or a nutrition shake is very important to make sure you get all you vitamins and minerals.

Eat more chicken rather than beef and pork, and a bit of fish. Chicken is more protein rather than carbs.
