I'm at a healthy weight and pretty good bodyfat (20% at 140 lbs), but I would like to lose some fat off of my lower body and generally lean out a bit more. Keeping up my muscle mass is very important to me, so my calories tend to be higher rather than lower.
I also would like to get rid of sugar cravings and minimize hunger. This diet has worked amazing so far in that department.
I'm also looking to minimize my intake of processed foods and grains to see if it improves my energy level and digestion.
