This is a 1600 Calorie diet in combination with the 10,000 steps a day challenge.This diet plan will require you to drink at least 64oz of H2O daily. Regular trips to the gym throughout the week (3 times or more)will help increase your heart rate along with metabolism and increase your calorie burn. On this diet you should not eat 3 hours before bedtime. It is also recommended to take one dose of Magnesium Citrate to clean out the colon from excessive waste and weight. You must remember to eat and shop healthy using all of the food groups daily with out over consumption.
