basically it is all protein diet. with alittle carbs from really low carb veggies. your body digests proteins faster then carbs, and carb that you don't burn turn into fat, so if you have no carbs your body when it is done digesting the protein will turn to your fat to eat.

 How To Follow fast weight loss:

eat low fat protein. LOW carbs (maybe up to 5 a day), no sugar. you will gain 5 to 10 lbs back after you get off the diet, but with a balanced diet your body should regulate back to the low weight. you want to stay on the diet for at least 2 weeks at a time, but not longer then 4 weeks before you get off for a few days, let you body regulate and then jump right back on until you reach you goal!
