eat low fat protein. LOW carbs (maybe up to 5 a day), no sugar. you will gain 5 to 10 lbs back after you get off the diet, but with a balanced diet your body should regulate back to the low weight. you want to stay on the diet for at least 2 weeks at a time, but not longer then 4 weeks before you get off for a few days, let you body regulate and then jump right back on until you reach you goal!
