sociologywoman32's own diet

 Summary:

The diet I'm following is the Whole 30 where you will eat whole foods for 30 days, this means, lean proteins, fruits, veggies, limited nuts and healthy fats.

It does eliminate all other foods not within the "whole" food category, meaning: nothing processed, no dairy, no alcohol, no beans, no white potatos (sweet are fine), no grains...to include rice, oatmeal, quinoa, no WHEAT, etc.

Definitnely worth checking out their website. The program is suppose to allow your body to heal, detox and repair critical areas of itsself while eliminating foods that can be toxic to the body or that cause sensitivities.
