I'm following the famous french "Je ne sais pas maigrir" ("I don't know how to lose weight") diet by Dr. Dukan.
Day 1 : proteins only (meat, fat-free dairy product) + onions, herbs or pickle to spice up + water (3-4L per day)
Day 2 : Day 1 + vegetables
Repeat Day1/Day2 till 75kg and then slowly add stuff like rice, pasta, fruits...
PLUS : sport twice a week (30min run in Montmartre, Dance Dance Revolution session, musculation...).
