2.Eliminate refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup
3.Eliminate as much as possible all grains
4.Use nut flours and coconut flour in place of regular flour
5.DO NOT EAT PRODUCTS MARKED GLUTEN FREE as they replace the wheat gluten with other high carb blood sugar spiking ingredients!
