How To Follow Vegetarian Low Calorie:

There are lots of resources online to calculate your recommended daily calorie intake, 1200-1500 is a good range for me (at 5'8'' and female). Find your daily calorie target, avoid all meat, and log your foods daily. That's it. Exercise is always beneficial, and if you want to you can add extra calories to eat based on the number you burn.
