1200 kilocalories diet


 Summary:

This diet by itself lets you loose a little bit more then a pound a week, but in combination with physical activity, drinking a lot of fluids and maybe some yogurt days (will write about them later), you can loose couple of pounds a week!
Also you should do sports about 3 times a weak. Personally I'm going to the gym three times a week and to the swimming pool 1-2 times. I'm gonna use a hoop for my waist for 15-20 min every day.
Drink a lot of water - 5 glasses a day(not including tea or coffee).
