How To Follow Banzicyclist's own diet:

Always aim to avoid carbohydrates which should always be low glycemic and slow release. Aim for 1g of protien per lb of body wieght if your doing a lot of training. Fill-up on loads of leafy greens and colourful salad.

About / History

Tried low-fat, I was always hungry. Researched Low-carbs and modified the atkins diet, I didn't like the idea of saturated fat. It's a bit like the Inuits or paleolithic diet. The key seems to be a stable blood sugar level. Any carbs need to be low glycemic so they are slow release. It's really worked for me
