 Summary:

Getting back to basics and avoiding processed foods & occasionally pushing away from the table altogether is key as much as a work out regimen. Doing fasting 1 day a week is working great also. I eat fresh fruit/vegatables, meats/eggs, whole grains,dairy, I've added nuts, beans, salmon and sardines. I also do strength exercises and weight lifting.

 How To Follow Russellc's own diet:

Do fasting 1 day a week, diet 2 days a week and drink 60 ounces of filtered water a day. The goal is to eat once a day but you will have to work up to this. Eat non processed foods and only food from a garden for example.
