My Calorie Counting Diet
My Calorie Counting Diet
Summary:
Take your target weight and multiply by 10. That's how many calories you can have per day. Split it up into 3 100 calorie snacks and in 3 meals you can divide how you want. I eat more calories for dinner so I can eat stuff I like and not deprive myself.

How To Follow My Calorie Counting Diet:
Once you get used to how much food you can eat, it's pretty easy. I have to keep a daily food diary or I tend to rationalize eating too much food. The diary keeps me in check!

oldmuttonhead's top tips
1.
Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day on the diet. One day won't hurt you much at all, as long as the one day isn't followed by another and another..
2.
If you are somewhere on a special occasion (e.g. a birthday party), go ahead and have a piece of cake. Just one! And not a big one! But don't completely deprive yourself. Again, one day won't hurt as long it's not a habit!
3.
Make sure to get exercise! Walking 3 miles a day is about what you need. It doesn't have to be that, though... you can do something that is the equivalent. I'm a sports official so this part is easy for me. You can bike, swim, play sports, Wii Fit, whatever. Just be active!!
