Leiajoop's own diet

 Summary:

This diet uses simple math of calories in - calories out to help you achieve your goals. It is vital to count every calorie ingested and track every calorie expelled.

Also, trying to limit sodium intake (it causes water retention)

Keep a low fat, medium carb, higher protein ratio. This should stabilize blood sugar, while giving fuel for exercise.

Leiajoop's top tips

1.Keep sodium to a minimum. Do this by eating less processed foods
2.Have 2 snacks per day to keep cravings/hunger at a minimum
3.Exercise 5-6 days per week
4.Invest in a calorie counting device (I use BodyBugg by Body Media). It's way more accurate than anything online.
5.Write down every bite!
