Foods that are permissible for me, along with NO SUGAR, NO ALCOHOL, NO WHEAT and NO YEAST. Lots of vegetables, whole fruits, fish (especially salmon), and whole grains (brown rice).

Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Diet Maple Syrup and a Whole Apple EVERY BREAKFAST

No Eating after 8:00 PM.

Daily aerobic exercise on an elliptical (30 min.) or long-distance walking (60 min.) required.

Strength training and weight-bearing stretching three times a week.
About / History
I've been following it since January (today is 3 June 2009) and lost 23 lbs. Time to step up the exercise! Giving up wheat has changed my life.
