kzanika's top tips
I drink a Gallon of Water a day on most days. At least 32 Oz on a bad day.
I try to eat 3 meals a day and 2-3 snacks. It seems that letting myself eat more than 600 Calories in one meal makes me gain weight even if I eat less than my daily RDI
Working out too much does nothing more than cause water retention. Working out in moderation and staying active all day seems to work best. If you workout hard for 2 hour in a day, then resting for 14 hours is not going to work. Standing and walking for a few hours a day helps drastically. Constant activity is key to fittness.
