pphil09's top tips

1.Make sure that calories are within your limit. I am currently 10% body fat and need a maintenance of 2400 cals per day. Be sure to adjust according to your personal stats.
2.To tune my diet into yours, first do, 1g protein per lb bodyweight. Then, .5g fat/lb bodyweight. Fill the rest of the calories with carbs (4 calories/g)
3.FATS DONT MAKE YOU FAT
