 How To Follow daniel2134's own diet:

-Drink a bottle of water when you wake
-Eat 30 grams of protein with in 30mins of getting up
-No soda
-Use Stevia sugar
-Log all meals on application
-Take full measurements on body and track/log data
-Have a desert plan sugar free jello, carb smart bar
-No creamy dressing !
-Investigate nutrituonal information !
-Eat every 3-4 hours
-Reward yourself with low carb ice cream and sugar free popsicles and jello

-Use spices to season your food such as lime and green onions. You use vinaigrette or lime for dressing no creamy dressings!
-Stay away from table salt coffee creamers and diet cokes
-Eat +-30g of protein within 30mins of waking up
-Take a multi vitamin
-Eat 50-70(max)grams of fat per day
-Carb intake under 50grams per day
-Drink plenty of water

I Believe that every body is so different. I have tried diets, cutting portions, P90X, marathon training ect.. I always felt exhausted, hungry and in many cases gained weight with a strong workout plan. ** Change** I have listened to my body, and the low fat / low carb approach works so well for me.
