-Use spices to season your food such as lime and green onions. You use vinaigrette or lime for dressing no creamy dressings!
-Stay away from table salt coffee creamers and diet cokes
-Eat +-30g of protein within 30mins of waking up
-Take a multi vitamin
-Eat 50-70(max)grams of fat per day
-Carb intake under 50grams per day
-Drink plenty of water
