It is a marriage between Vegetarian and RAW with meat and cooked foods. The goal is to eat fresh foods that are healthy for you and will feed your body. Eating fresh foods will help your body renew its cells and fulfill its nutritional requirements. It is designed to be a lifestyle not a temporary fix. I decided to follow a set of basic nutritional rules to get fit, stay healthy and have more energy. Basic rules are: Its preferred to eat atleast 2 meals of RAW fruits and veggies a day. With one cooked meal. Consume more veggies than Fruit. With a protein at each meal or snack, but only one animal protein a day. Avoiding beef, dairy and pork. All organic, all meat free range. Avoiding processed foods, HFCS, GMO's, antibiotics and hormones. I am not a doctor or dietician, I did my own research and came up with my own choices and limitations. This is not perscribed to me and does not guarantee weight loss or improved health. Do your own research and or visit your doctor before trying anything new. Remember: You CHOOSE what you put in your mouth when you become educated ; )

After reading a book Omnivore's Dilemna by Michael Pollin I found my self unable to eat ANYTHING. Eventually I came to a place where I felt comfortable with what I put in my mouth. This is a "diet" in progress, like life, it changes as it goes.
