This diet is design for those who their aim is to lose weight and gain toned muscles. It require high consumption of protein but low carbs in form of high grade lean meat, whey protein shakes, sugar free beverages, lots of vegetables, whole grain and fruits. Workout 3 to 4 times a week for 30min minimum

1.Should you fall of the wagen don't panic or stress about it, rather workout the following to make up for the extra calories consumped
2.Treat yourself to a healthy moderate meal once a week. Eg order a small cheese burger and absolutely no fries/chips
3.Try to workout for 30 minutes or more 3 to 5 times a week.
4.Take the stairs when such opportunities a given
5.Stay away from sugary and calories loaded products, choose the smoothie over that fizzy drink
6.Remember that each day will bring you to that body you've been dreaming about.
