About / History
I am a logical person and I'm sure most have done the math as well. I have found that counting calories is the best way to know how much you have burned. *One time when I had lost a bunch a weight and was in great shape that this really didn't work for me. I needed to re evaluate the type of food I was eating and how I was exercising. When I get to that cross road again I will change my diet but for a fat kid like myself right now this just works!*
