1.Make Healthy Choices: Do not try to cut back on carbs, proteins, etc. Eat the recommended portions and minimize fat and sugary foods.
2.Disease Prevention: By not robbing your body of essential nutrients and reducing salt and sugar intake, it should reduce your likelihood for diabetes and hypertenstion. Always check with your doctor first.

I developed the idea because of my hypertension. I had already eliminated beef and pork from my diet but recently eliminated chicken.
