About / History

So first off let me say that I don't know jack about dieting. I was unhappy with my size and weight, and I just wanted to finally do something about it so I can start looking and feeling good! So one day I just got online, looked up a few things about dieting, and put together this make-shift diet and exercise plan. I'm not sure how healthy my diet it, if I'm doing anything incorrectly, or if it will even work. But I think anything is better than how I ate before, so I'm going to give it a shot.
