 Summary:

after years of trying every fad out there, I decided that I should enjoy all foods in moderation. The key to weight loss/maintenance is in how much/what you eat! So enjoy all the foods you want just count the calories and enjoy all the low starch vegetables you want.

 How To Follow Calorie Counting w/ Caveat:

Establish a Caloric goal, the less you weigh, the fewer calories you need. My current caloric goal is 1450 per day. journal all food eaten and count calories, low starch vegetables are free (spinach, lettuce, asparagus, cucumbers, & I add fresh tomatoes to this category as well.
