A Glucerna shake,special k protien bar, and 24oz of water for breakfast. then a brisk walk between 1/3 to 2/3 of a mile. a breadless meat and cheese sandwhich and 16oz of green tea and 12oz of water for lunch then another brisk walk of 1/3 to 2/3 of a mile. 4-6oz of meat, one serving of veggies 16oz of green tea and 12oz of water. another brisk walk of 2-3 miles. some snacks are ok however you need to stay between 800 - 1000 calories a day. sugars, starches and carbs are bad on this diet. NO pasta, potatoes or bread.
