I'm 38 yr old mom of 1. I love Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing and bunnies. A few years ago I let myself get seriously out of shape. Since then I have kicked a 20 year smoking habit and I've lost 30 pounds. I still have another 15 to go.
