Will-Power, and make sure you write down everything you eat everyday, that way you can keep a really close eye on your calories.I havnt changed my diet in any way at all, I just cut back on my portions. That way my body isnt craving anything (candy,chips,fat, ect..)and does'nt realize im dieting.Then I walk about 3 miles evey night at a brisk speed, and do 30 minutes on the oliptical machine after dinner,then watch tv untill bed.
