How To Follow Eat Less, More:

You have to get your metabolism up. so Idearly you have to get yourself into Ketosis. Initially no carbs, just for 3 days. Then low carbs. Please dont skimp on fruit and vegis.

I dont eat much bread now. And when i do it's a dark rye with low (relative) carbs.

Cardiovascular excercise is a must. Weight training builds muscles which uses more energy ie burns more fat.

The first thing you do in the morning is eat something. Get the mody moving...On the Inside.

Make sure your body has fuel to burn. When you start to get hungry your body will think "Survival" and you stop burning fat. So...Don't skimp on food.

Every 2 hours!
