Dont feel guilty about wanting something sweet or salty or unhealthy. Its the commercial life we live in. If you want somethng sweet or salty or extremely guilt ridden, go ahead and have a few bites, dont eat the whole thing, save it for later or share with your partner or friends. Proteins are what really fuels the body so the more protein verses carbs the better. we do need carbs to fuel the brain but in moderation. I live by 45 carbs per meal & 15 carbs per snack.Im also a firm believer in eating your most calories during breakfast & lunch. We are busy during the times afterward so we can burn off the fat & calories. Research & learn all you can about the foods we eat.
