Calorie Counting!

 Summary:

A healthy, sensible approach to weightloss. Dieting can be hard, but it is simply about the choices you make, moment by moment. So pray and make healthy choices and the rest will work itself out.
I consider calories to be like money, how much am I willing to "spend" on each item of food. There are lots of foods out there that are of great "value". Steer clear of fried, processed foods and be careful of sauces or gravies that seem harmless, but actually prove to be quite "expensive".

Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3(NIV)
