Summary:
This diet is structured quite easily. The focus is mainly on portion control and calorie counting. It just simply works. When you cut your meals by half or more the pounds start to melt off. This diet is to achieve somewhat rapid weight loss, and the way this diet achieves that is by lowering your calorie intake by 50% or more depending on how many calories you over-eat in a day. I usually base it on how many calories this website recommends in one day and cutting that in half.

How To Follow The Less Crappy Diet:
There are no real rules on how to follow this diet other than the calorie cap. CAP YOUR CALORIES!! MY CAP IS 1,400 PER DAY! AND I CURRENTLY WEIGH 277 LBS! I don't feel any drop in energy with that amount of calories. It may be because I'm only 19, but hey, if you can handle it, then you should definitely KEEP GOING.

Hey. My name's Aiden. I live in SoCal and work at Taco Bell. There are multiple reasons I decided I want to stop being obese. Reason #1: my health. I have many diseases that run in the family that I don't want to end up with. Plus, I'm just kinda over ...

paskwali's top tips
| 1. | Count calories: Make sure you know how many calories you're eating before the food slides down your gullet. | | 2. | Cut the amount of calories this website recommends per day in half. I know it sounds drastic, but if you want to lose weight at around a pound a day (that's at least how fast I am losing weight) then that's what it takes. So far I haven't felt a collapse in energy. | | 3. | Portion control: You can still eat what you want, just less of it. Instead of ordering 4 tacos, order 2. If you're feeling a little extra conservative, order 1. | | 4. | Let your body become full itself: Don't force it. Eat a snack or small meal, and then wait 20 minutes. I guarantee you won't feel the need to keep eating. | | 5. | Weigh yourself often: That's a big motivator. It keeps you coming back for more. Think of it as leveling up in a videogame, and this website helps you keep track of your points (calories). | | 6. | Don't force yourself to do exercise, but when you have free time in the day, use it to be active, it can never hurt. Also, try and find things to do to KEEP YOUR MIND OFF FOOD. They don't have to be exhausting, they just have to keep you distracted. |

About / History
The way this diet came to be in my mind was the thought of weight watchers. I know many people that have gone on weight watchers or are still currently enrolled in the program. For some of them it has worked well and for others not so much. But from both the people that said it did and didn't work, they mentioned how they can still eat whatever they wanted even though they were on a diet. And I was always puzzled on how they could do that... until I learned how weight watchers works. I don't want to explain the whole system (look it up if you're interested), but it runs on a simplified point system. Baaaasically counting calories, just on a smaller scale with smaller numbers. That was my inspiration for this diet. You can still eat whatever you want, just in small enough quantities that it won't surpass the amount of calories you've provided for yourself per day. I developed this idea on January 22, 2012 and joined the site 2 days later.
