1.Don't just by the food, follow the program
2.Stay within the menu choices
3.Drink plenty of water
4.If you are exercising now don't stop when on this diet, just reduce the intensity until your body adjusts the reduced caloric intake
5.No exercise is needed
6.Men on average drop 4 to 7 lbs per week, women on average drop 2 to 4 lbs per week
