I'm not going to lie to you and say this is a walk in the park. However, if you do it right, you wont be feeling hungry all the time.

The real keys here are:

Eat smaller meals
Eat frequently (5 times a day)
Track EVERYTHING you eat
Focus on healthy food that will fill you up
Don't freak out if you have a bad day, just get back to the plan the next day

1.Make sure to focus on eating foods that will make you feel full with less calories
2.It is almost always cheaper and easier to make something healthy yourself than to try and find something healthy at a restaraunt
3.If you have a bad day, dont try and "make up for it". Just stay on the plan. There is no reason to starve yourself

About / History

I came up with this diet in the summer of 2010. I had been on my schools crew team for the past 2 years, so I was used to eating whatever I wanted. However, once the season was over, I kept eating like I was on the team. Needless to say, I gained some weight... about 20 lbs. So that summer, I decided to get back in shape. Using this plan, I went from 180 to 158 in 3 months, and I completed my first triathlon.
