I came up with this diet in the summer of 2010. I had been on my schools crew team for the past 2 years, so I was used to eating whatever I wanted. However, once the season was over, I kept eating like I was on the team. Needless to say, I gained some weight... about 20 lbs. So that summer, I decided to get back in shape. Using this plan, I went from 180 to 158 in 3 months, and I completed my first triathlon.
