The Primal Blueprint

 Summary:

The Primal Blueprint's concept is to get back to the foods that our ancestors ate. They obviously did not suffer diabetes, obesity nor the other diseases of our modern times. Check out www.marksdailyapple.com for more info and don't forget to pick up a copy of The Primal Blueprint.

How To Follow The Primal Blueprint:

Obviously there are foods that are "allowed" that our ancestors probably didn'y eat such as cream, cheese and butter. However, the beauty of the Primal Blueprint is that it's more practical. The idea is to get away from processed foods, sugars and grains and keep to what "Grok" might have ate as much as possible.
