VRahorn's top tips

.Drink at least 72 ounces of "water". All non-sugared drinks, including caffeinated, count towards those 72 ounces.
.Eat every 2-3 hours. Your first meal should be eaten within an hour of rising. Have 3 main meals daily and snack in between. Your last snack/meal should be eaten over an hour before you go to bed.
.Snacks should be 100 calories or lower for women, 200 or less for men. One serving size of anything is a good snack: a piece of chicken, a fruit, a 100-calorie snack.
.Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
.Sleep 7 to 8 hours every night.
