I plan on doing Weight watchers points plan, and staying within Atkins carbs points while doing Billy Blanks Tai Bo 4 days a week and treadmill 3 days.

 How To Follow Tinkrbell's own diet:

Follow the Weight watchers diet, stay within your carb "range" as if you were on Atkins and do Billy Blanks Tai Bo. (again, if you want also add the TrimSpa). Drink plenty of water and just KNOW you will do it - you can NOT have a doubt in your mind, that's the SECRET!!!!

Happily married mom of 2 wonderful girls (a 2.9 yr old and a 17 mnth old). We play "house" all day - I'm a kid at heart and love being a homemaker. I'm going to loose 30-40 lbs. maybe even 50 lbs. if I really get going.

1.During the day - only eat when you feel hungry. Wait for that growl in your stomach!!!
2.Drink water... 40-60 oz. a day
3.Don't stop moving! Get a pedometer!
4.Pick on nuts and raw veggies.

About / History

That's what worked for me the last time I had to loose 50 bls. when I had surgery. Back then I also did TrimSpa and the formula was different, I may try it again. I lost 40 lbs. in 4 months back then so I'll try it again. Unfortunatley the kids gave it back to me to loose again LOLOL - that's ok they are my little angels I can't complain at all!!!
