Common Sense

 Summary:

This is not a diet, but a change of life style. You are making time for yourself no matter how busy you are. Start by not asking anyone else to bring you something, get it yourself. How many times have you called from another room for someone to bring you something? Park in the furthest spot you can find from your destination. Return your shopping cart back to the store. Do not eat out more then one meal in seven days. Wear a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps a day. Do not snack or consume calorie drinks, save those extra calories for your meal. All the little things matter and add up everyday. Stay focused and remember nothing you eat can make you feel as good as looking your best!
