Theses are the main guidelines of my diet in order to lose weight. Have a personal main goal in mind, and mini goals along the way. My main goal of "looking good naked" keeps me going! Have Go-To foods stocked in our fridge: low cal foods that are quick and easy to fight off hunger (examples for me: sugar-free jello, sugar-free popsicles, diet soda, coffee, 50 calorie slice of bread, 60 calorie yogurt). Walk 30 minutes a day. Don't eat before a nap or going to sleep at night if you're hungry. You'll be asleep soon enough!
