This diet discourages deprivation and encourages experimentation and exploration. It requires conscious living and contant revision. This is not about what you CAN'T have. Do not deprive yourself of the things that give you joy, just find ways to make them healthier. Try everything and if you find something is not working for you, modify the behavior and try something different! This way of thinking helps us not to have so many "bad days". It allows us to live, try new things, progress and get better with time and experience.
