I love, love, love Zumba. The gym I go to never offers it at the times I can go...(5am) and I still don't want to stop the routine I have built up so I still go to the gym in the morning for the regular routines, but now have added a DVD Zumba at night. So today, at 5:15am I had Body Attack (60 min. high impact cardio workout) and then once I get back home from work (and after dinner) around 7PM I did the 50 Min Zumba Party Cardio.
