I'd love to join this challenge from everything I have watched on youtube Zumba seems like amazing fun. I just can't seem to find a dvd for it not without buying a fitness set. Where did everyone find their dvds and what dvds will you all be using? If I can find something before the challenge starts I'll join but I might have to just sit this one out. Thank you in advance

If you can't find the dvd set... i would recommend to log onto zumba.com and find a local instructor and see where classes are being taught. I am a ZUMBA instructor, and i can GUARANTEE, you will LOVE it! I have been doing ZUMBA since October and without changing by diet lost INCHES... enough inches to go from a size 8-10 to a 6. Doing it 3-4 nights a week. You can burn anywhere from 700-1100 calories in 1 Hour! I know it sounds CRAZY, but its TRUE! I am now watching my calorie intake with 'fatsecret' and hoping to drop a few LB's!

I definetly recommend this FUN, LATIN-INSPIRED, FITNESS training....also known as ZUMBA! You don't have to know how to dance...you just have to know how to have fun!

Good Luck with your challenge!

Thanks everyone I'm still trying to get my hands on the 20 minutes express. As for taking classes... well I'm out in the middle of nowhere so I can't see myself driving a few nights a week for classes. I hope I can find something soon if not maybe I can follow along with some of the smaller clips on youtube for a while. Anyway thanks again!

I just purchased the Wii Zumba Fitness, would this be an appropriate compromise to using the DVD's or taking a class. Classes around here range in the $10-15 range and I just can't afford to be spending that kind of money. Anyway, I was wondering. Also - does anyone else have this game? I have a few questions and can't seem to find an answer online.
Thanks and GOOD LUCK everyone! Zumba is AWESOME!

i'm going to use Zumba on Kinect. Have not tried it yet. I have the cds as well so once i try the kinect one i can do a comparison but i'm assuming if ur moving it doesn't matter if it's with the cd, the wii or just with the music in you head.
