Guidelines
Week 1: 3 Times a week 30 minute walk
Week 2: 3 Times a week 25 min walk 5 min jog
Week 3: 3 Times a week 20 min walk 10 min jog
Week 4: 3 Times a week 15 min walk 15 min job
These times are just a base line, everyone is at different levels of activity, modify accordingly.
