Hi have about seven kilo to lose... And it doesn't want to go! Sadly I keep inviting it back by eating the wrong stuff! However I am pretty fit and go to the gym 5-6 times a week already, what's the point of joining? it's a new habit, I want to keep it, and if I can help others with the gym maybe I can get motivation with my food?!

Starting Gym tomorrow so I could use all the motivation i could get!!

How are you getting on? Sorry forgot to log in Sad. Food is ever only slightly better, gym is going well for me, am doing an hour of cardio and weights.... What are you doing?

Gastrickel....Good job on going to the gym. I do about 30-45 min cardio and an hour of weights. Seems to be doing ok so far. Oh and 300 crunches daily...grr. I am so sore lol But its a GOOD sore!!Proves to me that im doing something right!!

Ha ha! Yep you are so right about the good sore! the trainer at the gym suggested planks for a leaner tummy area, they are so difficult! But effective I think!
Mothers day was awful food wiseSad but back on track sort of as from today although I have conference to attend this week.... Checking out menus for salads etc!
