Hello everyone, if you would like to share some ideas on how to be successful in drinking those "darn" 8 glasses of a water please write them in this forum.
Here are my thoughts: I will freeze 2 500 ml bottles of water and I have 2 ready in the fridge. I will label them 1-2-3-4 and while I am getting ready in the morning I will drink my first bottle which I will have added some lemon to it- hours of 6-8 am- drinking 2nd bottle between the hours of 9-11 am - water with lunch noon - and then water with my dinner and evening.
Please add your ideas.....
