went into a tail spin thursday, ate nothing but chocolate all day - forced myself to walk one session of the Power Mile with Leslie Sansone though :x

couldn't do my mile today, woke up feeling miserable and stayed that way all day. I plan on walking tomorrow.

One Mile! With weights!
Walked one mile with 1.5 weights on each ankle!!! Couldn't hardly pick up my feet by end of the mile...my little blue heeler puppy "Zeba" was cheering me on though! I did it! Feel good today.
