I only have one more WATP session this week. I am 3 out of 5 so far (couldn't workout on Tuesday because I overdid on Monday walking back and forth to work, lunch, etc.).
So far, I did 2 miles on Wednesday (purple and green mile), 3 miles on Thursday, and 2 miles today.
Did better on water this week (thank you Mio and Powerade Zero) however did not take one vitamin. So, that's my goal for next week - VITAMINS!
