Walk Away The Pounds, Again!

I did 5 miles today with Leslie Sansone DVD ULTIMATE 5 DAY WALK PLAN - A DIFFERENT WALK FOR EACH DAY OF THE WEEK. IT ALSO HAS TONING SESSIONS AT THE END OF EACH WALK PER DAY. 12 MIN MILES:d

I only have one more WATP session this week. I am 3 out of 5 so far (couldn't workout on Tuesday because I overdid on Monday walking back and forth to work, lunch, etc.). So far, I did 2 miles on ...

Today I did Leslie Intensity 4 mile walk. It is an hour long and I was able to hang for the whole 4 miles. I am so proud of myself but boy it was something else. :)

Walked 2 miles..drinking lots of water...I also joined the "write down everything you eat" challenge starting tomorrow. Good luck to everyone!:d

I have just done the two mile walk 2 How do I enter it in the week 1 place.

Did 30 min in the gym, but I am going to do some late night WATP today to get a full hour. Feeling good this week - :)
