Drink 8 glases of water on monday and add and extra glass of water every day

Guidelines:
To loose weight it is very important to be aware of how much water you drink and try to teach your body to drink as much water as possible every day. Your kidneys can take over 15 liters of water a day and process them with no trouble, cleaning up your system. By the end of this week, try to drink 3.5 litres of water a day. (sound like a bit much but it is great for any weight loss program)

No eating after 7pm!!!

Guidelines:
Follow your diet and try not to have late dinner or late night snacks! Snacking is not bad during the day as long as you follow your diet, some people believe it helps your metabolism. Most of the time when we have a snack at night we are not even hungry... it is just our body tempting us with some cravings!!!

Weeks 2 to 3

Add 30 minutes of extra exercise to your routine

Guidelines:
Check your personal exercise diary and add an extra 30 minutes workout. If your workout is mostly cardio it could be good to add 30 minutes of strenght exercises, a bit of weights and abs are a good combination! If you find some fun routines make sure you tell us!

1. Lower-Body Exercise Targeting the Quadriceps
